USAGE AND PRIVACY

Introduction to the User Agreement:

Our online store welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the terms regulating your use of this store and all the effects resulting from your use of the store's services via the Internet through this electronic platform, as the use of the store by any person, whether a consumer of a service or purchasing a product from the store or otherwise, this is an approval and acceptance from him and he is fully legally qualified for all the terms of this agreement and is a confirmation of your commitment to its systems that are compatible with Islamic law and what is mentioned therein, and this agreement applies to all types of dealings between the consumer and the store and this agreement is considered valid and effective once you agree to it and start registering with the store.

Introduction and definitions:

The above introduction is considered an integral part of this agreement, and you will find below the meanings and definitions of the main phrases used in this agreement:

1- (Store) This definition includes all forms of the store on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the Internet, or a commercial store.

2- (Consumer or User) The person who deals in e-commerce with the desire to obtain the products or services that he obtains from the store through its electronic platform.

3- (Agreement) This term refers to the terms of this agreement, which regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Consumer Eligibility:

1- The consumer acknowledges that he has legal capacity recognized by Sharia to deal with the store, and that his age is not less than eighteen years.

2- The consumer agrees that in the event of his violation of this article, he shall bear the consequences of this violation before third parties.

Nature of the obligation:

1- The store's obligation towards consumers or users is to provide (the service or product)

2- The store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (the service or product) required by the consumer.

Controls for use:

1- The consumer is committed to using the store's electronic platform in accordance with Islamic law and public morals.

Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying to join this store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to use when accessing the store's services. By doing so, you have agreed to:

1- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify this store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your confidential information.

2- The store will not be liable in any way for any loss that may be incurred by you directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of disclosing the consumer name or password.

3- You are obligated to use your account or membership with the store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this is evidence that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and on your behalf.

4- You are obligated to use the store with all seriousness and credibility when using it.

5- You are committed to disclosing true, correct, up-to-date, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the store and you are committed to updating your data in the event of a change in reality or if necessary.

6- Our store is committed to dealing with your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.

Electronic communications and official means of communication:

1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication is done via the email registered on the platform.

2- The consumer agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data and other communications provided electronically are equivalent to their written counterparts, and are an independent argument in meeting the regulatory needs under the legal umbrella.

3- The consumer agrees to the possibility of communicating with him and informing him of any terms related to this agreement or related to dealing with him by the store management broadcasting general messages to all consumers or to specific users of the store

Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:

1- In the event that any article or clause mentioned in this agreement is cancelled or that any article or clause mentioned in this agreement is no longer valid, such a matter does not cancel the validity of the remaining articles, clauses, rules and provisions mentioned in this agreement and they remain in effect until further notice from the store management

2- This agreement - which is amended from time to time as appropriate - constitutes the mechanism of work, understanding and agreement between (the consumer) and (the store)

3- The store may impose fees on some consumers, depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.

4- The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and conditions of the User Agreement, for any consumer, regardless of the reason for their registration.

Payment and settlement services for the buyer in the store

1- The store provides, through its partners, the payment and settlement system in the store, which can be done entirely online through the payment options available on the store or through any payment method provided by the store from time to time.

2- The store is committed to determining the price of the service or product that it displays in its store according to the value determined by the store management

3- The store is committed to providing invoices that arise in its store, and is committed to giving the consumer an invoice for his purchase of a service or sale of a product

Intellectual Property:

1- The intellectual property rights of the store are rights owned by the store in full, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.

2- The consumer or buyer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, which include the name of the store itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of the store or displayed on it, as every right that follows the name of the store is the full intellectual property rights of the store

Store Responsibility:

1- The store is committed to practicing its commercial business through this electronic platform in a systematic manner and in accordance with the Islamic regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

2- The store does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether resulting directly or indirectly or incidentally or by the consumer or by a third party such as shipping companies.

3- (Store Name) and its affiliates, owners and representatives are committed to ensuring that the (product or service) does not violate Sharia and is sound

Restricting access or membership:

The store may suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict the consumer's access to the platform's services at any time without notice and for any reason

User Agreement

This User Agreement is governed and formulated in accordance with Islamic Sharia and the regulations in force under the umbrella of Islamic Sharia in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

General Conditions:

In the event that any article or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any article or clause contained in the User Agreement is no longer valid, such a matter does not cancel the validity of the remaining articles, clauses and provisions contained in the User Agreement and they remain valid until further notice from the store management

This User Agreement - which may be amended from time to time as appropriate - constitutes the User Agreement, the mechanism of work, understanding, agreement and contract between the store and the consumer, and both parties to this agreement agree to place in Consider the following:

1- The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.

2- All prices displayed on the store's services or products may be modified from time to time.

3- The promotional or marketing offers that the store may put forward are temporary offers, as the store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

4- The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules
