EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Replacement Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the product warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to them by the store within seven days of the date of receipt. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after seven days.
2- For a product to be eligible for exchange, it must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. The outer packaging must also be in its original state, meaning the product must not have been opened or used in any way. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and for handing the product over to the shipping company. In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in the item number, the consumer will be compensated.
Return Policy:
